We hope that you will be completely satisfied with any goods you receive from My Trading Cards. However, If you are not happy with your goods when it arrives we offer a 14 day refund policy.
Please contact us immediately either using the contact link on our website or emailing us via email@example.com. We aim to respond within one to two working days.
Customer Service office hours are between 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.
We at My Trading Cards, reserve the right to reject a return if any of the following occurs :
- If you contact us after the 14 days return period.
- The goods are not in the same condition when you received them. The goods must be in the original packaging.
Please note: You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred for returning your goods.
